Returned Goods:
All sent items can be returned within 14 days of dispatched date. All parts are in used condition but they all checked before removing from car and also we check them before posting. All items have security permanent marking as well as UV pen marking if any of this missing on return NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and there is no exception to this rule. Please make sure that you check part number before buying if not sure please e-mail or call first. All goods correctly supplied and subsequently not required, may only be returned by our agreement. If incorrect part ordered, returns can be accepted but minus postage expenses and 25% handling fee, ALSO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE, ANY ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED DO NOT GET REFUNDED. All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM. We can not refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order. No items will be accepted for return without a Returns Authorisation Number. This can be obtained by contacting us.
RETURNS ACCEPTED IF GOODS ARE NOT WORKING/FAULTY, THEY ARE SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE.
You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. Refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery
Compatibility of parts:
We won?t take any responsibility for the compatibility of parts unless we have explicitly said it will fit.

NS is Nearside, Left, or the passenger side in the UK.
OS is offside, right, or drivers side in the UK
Postage:
All items are dispatched upon receipt of payment.
For Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland extra postage charges may apply.

Payment:
We accept Credit/Debit card, Postal order, Cheques, Paypal. Cash on collection in person.
Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All goods must be checked for condition in the presence of the carrier before signing to accept delivery. Please note that any glass items are sent at buyers risk, we do our upmost to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against breakages. Please check panels for damage upon receipt and refuse them if they are damaged as they will have to be returned at your own expense should you sign for them (by signing you accept that they have been received in good order).
