All items have security permanent marking as well as UV pen marking if any of this missing on return NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and there is no exception to this rule. Please make sure that you check part number before buying if not sure please e-mail or call first. All goods correctly supplied and subsequently not required, may only be returned by our agreement. If incorrect part ordered, returns can be accepted but minus postage expenses and 25% handling fee, ALSO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE, ANY ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED DO NOT GET REFUNDED. All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM. We can not refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order. No items will be accepted for return without a Returns Authorisation Number. This can be obtained by contacting us.
